• floor plan, visual layout, & seating chart recommendations
• detailed event timeline & communications to venue, vendors, & event attendees (as applicable)
• receive & store personal items for event (up to 1 month)
• up to 1 hour of rehearsal prior to event
• up to 8 hours on event day with 2 hallow team members (more hours or hands can be added)
• total vendor coordination & management (aka hallow speaks on your behalf to all external parties, including family)
• setup of personal items, decor, place cards, etc
• timeline management (who needs to be where, when, processional/recessional, first dance, cut the cake, blow out candles, etc)
• secure gifts & personal items to the specified person / location / vehicle
